We will do nothing until the agreed pre-requisites have been met and the agreed protocols have been applied. Until that time the information is both not known and not accessible.
Who will receive the information?
Generally, only the nominated people will receive the nominated information. However once they have received the information, then they are entitled to deal with information, subject to any agreed conditions.
