Do I need to provide access to my digital assets?
No. During the scoping and planning of your digital estate we do not want access to your digital assets. You will retain full control.
We will never ask you to provide access to your digital estate or online accounts.
After your death will enact your requirements based on the agreed protocol to implement your designated framework.
What information is submitted via the Web?
We ask for a contact email and phone number. That’s it. We work on a face to face basis, unless requested otherwise.
Where requested to use the Web, we use secure encytped services to best protect the information.
Any information provided in this manner is removed from the web and stored locally.
How secure are our systems?
Highly secure, adopting the best methods to secure information in an encrypted form.
We also use a range of features that mean that access to one area (eg: Web) is not sufficient to enable access to our system, to our service , to your information or to your instructions for your digital estate.
What do I need to do, to protect my digital estate?
While we can protect information held by use, we also ask that you take some simple steps to manage your digital estate.
Some simple digital hygiene is required to assist us. We will discuss this during our initial conversation.
What about legal advice?
We do not provide legal advice. We will work with your lawyers to ensure that you digital estate is provided for in your will, so that we can implement your designated framework.
Do I need a Will?
We always recommend a Will, but his needs to be set up by a lawyer. We can set up a process for you, in anticipation of setting up a Will, to give effect to your designated framework.
